Custom panels
Let Mnstar solve all of your wiring
problems with a quality wiring system engineered just for
you and your fleet. Mnstar offers a high quality
centralized fuse panel to house all your fuses, relays and
diodes in one location. Our harnesses use top of the line
industrial grade TXL wire with your choice of water proof
and unsealed wire industrial connectors. We also solder
all terminals and use sealing heat shrink to fully protect
against salt and corrosion. Once your wiring system has
been designed we will supply you with a wire schematic (to
be left in the vehicle) for servicing and repair at any
repair facility throughout your service area. The Mnstar
custom panel will give up to 358 amps capability to
energize all your lights, strobes, winches, gate lifts and
accessories. Use the six panel relays to control high
energy circuits with miniature rocker or micro switches.
Or use one relay to control all your key on or ignition
circuits. The panel above offers 8 maxi, 16 mini fuses,
with with two 20 amp and four 35 amp relays (5 additional
40 amp relays can be mounted to the outside of the panel).
You want MORE power? An auxiliary panel shown in the photo
offer four more 40 amp relays and 20 mini fuses. If this
isn't the power distribution panel for you Mnstar can
custom make smaller panels for your use. The panels come
with covers and fuse and relay identification labels
tailored for your specific needs. The wire harness is
covered with heavy duty industrial braiding. By using the

user friendly CR series universal wiring systems to care for
your light duty, medium duty or heavy duty electrical
requirements. Fleets claim to be able to save more than half
their time on accessory installations. These panels are
engineered to give you a safe reliable wiring package. All CR
panels come loaded with fuses and relays. Inn addition the CR
panels come with sealed connectors to allow the panel to be
removed from the main harness. When your vehicle is taken out
of service you can simply unplug the panel and reuse it in
your new replacement vehicle. The panels are designed to
centralize all your fuses, relays and diodes in one location.
